Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. We accept company checks, personal checks, MasterCard, and Visa.
Q. Will my credit card be charged as a deposit?
A. No, we will only charge your credit card if we do not receive payment for services rendered upon completion.
Q. How much do you charge for your services?
A. Our prices range from $35.00 - $60.00 per hour, with a one hour minimum. We also offer monthly membership packages.
Q. Is your company insured to drive my car to get the oil changed?
A. Yes, we have an insurance policy that covers us driving your car.
Q.Is mileage included in your hourly rate?
A. We charge $.50 per mile after the first 20 miles traveled.
Note: There is a minimum of a 1 hour charge. After the first hour, we round to the quarter hour. Errand mileage over 20 miles will be charged at $.50 per mile. Toll and parking fees will be charged as incurred.
